OpenU Web Seminar on "QA of European Universities

We are happy to invite you to the OpenU project’s web seminar on the topic of "Quality Assurance of European Universities", taking place on Friday, 11 June 2021, 10:00-12:30 CEST. It is the second web seminar in the series that the DAAD organises as coordinator of the OpenU project’s Policy Cluster.

Join us for presentations by representatives of the two European University Alliances involved in the OpenU project, Una Europa and EDUC (European Digital University), followed by a panel discussion that includes student representatives as well as national policy perspectives

Feel free to invite colleagues and share the registration link in your networks. The web seminar is open to anyone interested in the topic. It specifically targets representatives of national ministries responsible for higher education, representatives from European Universities, or from projects at the intersection of digital education and internationalisation. The aim is to foster dialogue between national policymaking, institutional discourses, and developments at the European level.

EUF Open Space


The Open Space is a 3-day project incubation event that gives participants the opportunity to find out more about EU funding opportunities, discuss their own project ideas with colleagues from across Europe, and plan the next steps for submitting and managing project applications.

The lively and creative environment also offers multiple networking and best-practice sharing opportunities among higher education staff working on EU projects.

Staff Support webinar


EADTU organised a free Staff Support session online on 21 September 2020.

This webinar created a unique opportunity for staff support to meet, share expertise, and learn from their peers about different ways to organise support structures for online distance education during the coronacrisis.

Quality Assurance of Online Education webinar


The first official Quality Assurance of Online Education webinar took place on Friday, 26th of February 2021. 

This web seminar was organised with special support from EADTU. It is the first in the web seminar series that the DAAD organises as coordinator of the OpenU project’s Policy Cluster.

Online Bridging Event: IHE2020 'Innovating Higher Education Conference'


EADTU organised the Online Bridging Event” on the original dates of the IHE2020 conference, 28-30 October 2020. It consisted of a series of keynotes, webinars, and online workshops to address most emerging topics.
